D. Address Modification

We cannot modify the delivery address once the package is in transit. If you need to change the delivery address, please email us at contact@kharostore.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

E. Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving your purchase, we may accept cancellations at any time before the item is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our return & refund policy.

F. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a shipment is damaged in transit, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer care. If the item was delivered without you being present, please contact customer care for further instructions.
